Like millions of people who struggle with gluten & wheat sensitivity, our family started to search for healthier alternatives. Our quest to find gluten-free bakery items turned up sour, dry & bland... to say the least! Therefore, it became our mission to develop a local line of fresh, great-tasting whole-grain, gluten-free breads and rolls.
